Creator Agreement
Last Updated: April 23, 2026
This Creator Agreement outlines the responsibilities, control boundaries, and rules for creators using MyVideoMap ("MVM").
MVM offers Free, Founder 100, and Founder 300 plans during the Founder Event.
1. Creator Responsibilities
As a creator, you are responsible for the activity on your MVM account and the appropriate use of your connected YouTube channel in conjunction with our service. You agree not to misuse or abuse the service, including attempting to bypass technical limitations or using the platform for unauthorized data collection.
2. YouTube Integration Boundary
MVM uses read-only access to YouTube data for channel connection and related service functionality. MVM does not use YouTube access to upload, edit, or delete videos on a creator's behalf.
3. Channel-Based Control and Ownership
Ownership and operational control follow the connected YouTube channel under the current MVM model. If the ownership or control of the connected YouTube channel is transferred, the control of the associated MVM assets will be affected accordingly.
4. Content Categories
Creator-owned input data and MVM-generated structural outputs are treated as distinct categories within the service:
- Creator-Owned Input Data: This includes your video titles, descriptions, transcript data, and channel-linked inputs. You retain all original ownership rights to this data.
- MVM-Generated Structural Outputs: This includes map places, routes, and derivative organization layers generated within MVM based on the input data.
5. AI Processing and Outputs
MVM currently uses internal-only AI processing for covered AI functionality. Covered creator and user content is not sent to third-party AI providers in the current implementation. MVM processes covered AI functionality within its current internal-only processing model.
Creators retain editorial control over editable AI-assisted outputs provided within the MVM interface.
