Terms of Service

1. Service Description and Availability

MVM is provided as a beta and early-stage service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or specific features.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MVM only for its intended purposes. You must not:

• Misuse or abuse the service infrastructure.
• Interfere with the security or operation of MVM.
• Use MVM for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we determine you have violated these terms.

3. YouTube Boundary

MVM uses read-only access to YouTube data for channel connection and related service functionality. MVM does not use YouTube access to upload, edit, or delete videos on a creator's behalf.

4. AI Processing

MVM currently uses internal-only AI processing for covered AI functionality. Covered creator and user content is not sent to third-party AI providers in the current implementation.

5. Disclaimers

MVM is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MVM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
