Payment Policy

This Payment Policy describes the Founder Event billing state of MyVideoMap ("MVM").

1. Current Billing State

MVM offers Free, Founding 100 Pass, Founding 300 Pass, and Founding 100 Lifetime options for the Founding 100 launch event.

2. Payment Path

Founding 100 Pass, Founding 300 Pass, and Founding 100 Lifetime use successful payment finalization order while the active cap is still available. The legacy in-app checkout, plan upgrade, activation, and subscription-management routes are not the active Founding 100 launch payment path.

3. Plan Scope

Founding 100 launch pricing is limited to Free, Founding 100 Pass, Founding 300 Pass, and Founding 100 Lifetime. The Founding 100 Lifetime scope is limited to 500 selected videos and long-term map access for as long as MVM operates. Public add-ons, usage-based billing, re-analysis fees, and legacy Pro/Platinum/Master checkout are not offered through this event.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation handling for Founder Event payments is handled through support and the customer-facing Stripe flow when payment is opened. Contact support@myvideomap.com for billing follow-up.
