This Payment Policy describes the Founder Event billing state of MyVideoMap ("MVM").
1. Current Billing State
MVM offers Free, Founder 100, and Founder 300 plans for the Founder Event.
2. Payment Path
Founder 100 and Founder 300 use first-come Founder Event queue order before payment and onboarding. The legacy in-app checkout, plan upgrade, activation, and subscription-management routes are not the active Founder Event payment path.
3. Plan Scope
Founder Event pricing is limited to Free, Founder 100, and Founder 300. Public add-ons, usage-based billing, re-analysis fees, and legacy Pro/Platinum/Master checkout are not offered through this event.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation handling for Founder Event payments is handled through support and the customer-facing Stripe flow when payment is opened. Contact support@myvideomap.com for billing follow-up.
